Configuring Specific Email Clients
Using Our Servers:
Incoming Mail Server Port: 110 for POP3, 143 for IMAP
Outgoing Mail Server Port: 25 (If Port 25 does not work, try Port 26 as some Internet Service Providers - ISPs block Port 25)
No SSL checkbox options should be checked (unless your domain employs a SSL Certificate)
The following general steps are based on specific Email Client programs (applications) that you may use (Click here for more information on Email Client programs).
Video Tutorial Helps are available by using the menu on the left and clicking the "Configuring Email Client Programs" links.
Once you have completed these steps you will see a screen that asks for your hosting server, username and password information. Complete those fields as required.
Microsoft Outlook
- Some versions of Outlook require a click on the "E-Mail" tab
- Click on "Add a new email account" or simply "New" and then click "Next"
- Complete the fields as required
Outlook Express/Windows Mail
- Click the "Add" button and then click on "Mail"
- Complete the fields as required
Mac OS X Mail
- Complete the fields as required
- If this is your first launch of Mail, you may set-up an account, otherwise, start the new account wizard by opening the File menu and choosing "Add Account" and Complete the fields as required

Entourage for Mac
- Click on the "Mail" tab and then click the "New" button
- Complete the fields as required
Thunderbird
- Click on the "Tools" menu tab, choose "Accounts Settings" and click "Add Account"
- Complete the fields as required
iPhone E-Mail
- If you are adding or replacing an email account, open "Settings" followed by "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" and "Accounts" and choose "Add Account"
- From the list of available email services choose "Other" and you will then be prompted for your hosting server and user information
- Complete the fields as required
Android E-Mail
- If this is your first time launching this Email Client application, you will be prompted to create a "New Account"
- To add a new account, open the Email application, click the "Menu" button, and choose "Add Account"
- Complete the fields as required
- Android settings vary from service provider to service provider. If you have difficulty with the set-up of your email account, contact your service provider’s support
Blackberry Internet Service 1.8
- Click "Continue" and agree to the "Terms and Conditions" prompt
- Complete the hosting server and user information prompts
- Complete the fields as required
Blackberry Internet Service 2
- Complete the fields as required
- Many service providers' support offer an online configuration set-up for BlackBerry email accounts using your web browser
